Orders, Shipping & Returns
This website is made available to place orders 365 days a year. Weekends and holidays, however, may delay when your order is actually processed. We make every effort to ship your order, same business day, for orders that are placed by 1pm EST on in-stock items. For orders placed after 1pm EST, or orders placed on a non-business day, your order will typically ship the next available business day.
To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we will process all in stock items within 1 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 3-5 business days after it ships from our warehouse. We also offer expedited shipping options to help get your order to you more quickly.

We currently do not ship to U.S. territories and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to begin the return process. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of opened LUCENTIA branded products, and any unopened product must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
